The launch event, held at the Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon, welcomed industry leaders, developers, and past award recipients for an exclusive preview of the 2026 edition. • Entries Close: 31 July 2026
• Site Inspections: 24 August – 11 September 2026
• Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony: 16 October 2026, Ho Chi Minh City
• Regional Grand Final: 11 December 2026, Bangkok

The awards ceremony will be held at the Gem Center, where the country’s top developers and projects will be recognised. Winners will then advance to the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, competing with leading developers from across Asia.
