Two Decades of Excellence: HLB at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards

Phuket, Thailand — HLB Thailand was pleased to support the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, held in Bangkok, marking two decades of recognising excellence across Asia Pacific’s real estate industry.

HLB is the Official Supervisor of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the region’s largest and most respected real estate awards programme, covering more than 13 markets across Asia and Australia. The Awards celebrate outstanding developers, developments, and designs that continue to shape the built environment across the region.

As part of the Grand Final proceedings, Paul Ashburn, Co-Managing Partner of HLB Thailand and a senior member of the HLB International Real Estate Group, presented several Best in Asia awards, recognising developers for their achievements in township development, lifestyle-led projects, international collaboration, and market innovation.
